At Parivie, we want you to be completely satisfied with your beauty experience. If a product doesn't meet your expectations, we offer a 30-day return window for items in their original, unopened packaging.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Log into your Parivie account or visit our Support Portal to enter your order number and email address to start the return process.

• 2.
  Print Your Label

  Once your return is authorized, we will email you a prepaid shipping label and a return authorization slip to include inside your package.

• 3.
  Pack and Ship

  Securely pack the unused items in their original boxes and drop the package off at any authorized courier location within 7 days of receiving your label.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  After our quality team inspects the returned items, your refund will be processed back to your original payment method within 5-10 business days.
